Club Members Terms and Conditions:

1. Only people who paid can be a member. This is a recreation group club, the main objective of this club is walking at different locations in NSW with sight seeing of places and nature.

2. Recreation tour scheduling will be posted frequently there is no specific time, day , month. if you want to go out on weekends, week day, Holiday time just visit club member site to see next scheduled tour or call 0405 244 057 to get update, usually updated every Thursday, due to latest weather update.

3. Annual subscription fee will increase every year.

4. only paid member can attend tour.

5. Vehicle can accommodate only 6 or 7 people per tour. First come first serve basis, or drive your own vehicle for all tours like Tag along tours (in this case there is no limit for tour numbers)

6. Subscription period starts and ends in July every year same like Tax quarters. Fee for each quarter is $62.50.

   if joining in July-Sep fee is $250.00

   if joining in Oct- Dec fee is 190.00

   if joining in Jan- Mar fee is 125.00

   if Joining in Apr-June fee is 63.00

   Now in this year there will be minimum 20 tours, slowly increasing to 100 tours per year over coming years depending on the growth of club membership. Member fee will cover the operating cost of the tour only, (vehicle fuel and maintenance) we don’t have intention of making any profit from this club member’s fee.

   we don’t want you blocking someone’s seat and not turning up for tours. you book for tours only if you plan to come. Each year you can attend up to 20 tours. after 20 tours if seats are available still you can continue your tours. This number will fluctuate every year, for this year has been set at 20. It is your responsibility to book for tours. No refund if you have not attended any tours in any paid member year.

7. Tour could be sightseeing, off roading, lookouts, beaches, Suburbs, Visiting Temples, Out Back towns, Camping, Walking, Cycling, trekking, tag along tours, 4wd trails, Road trips, 4wd tracks, beach driving, sand driving, etc…

8. Tour could be cancelled for bad weather, rain, tour operator sick, and vehicle breakdown but tour will go ahead even with one booked member.

9. For camping we will take you to the location it is your responsibility to set up tent, we may help. Camp fee and/or parks fee not included if paid site. (Mostly we choose free camp site)

10. It is your responsibility to bring water, food, and any other gear you need to tour. we just take you to the location and bring you back.

11. It is your responsibility to take any required insurances.

12. if we find you not obeying rules and regulations of the local govt (Council and parks) at locations, or bad ethics then you are expelled from club. No warning given. Safety of club member is more important.

13. Bookings on first come first serve basis.

14. Each member are allowed to carry one small bag.

15. Members cant change tour plans.

16. No preference in seating arrangements. sit in the same car seat until tour is over.

17. No consumption of alcohol inside car.

18. Tour Booking should be made by email only.

19. Pick up and drop point Blacktown.

20. Must arrive to pick up location 10 min earlier, we may not wait for you, you can attend next available tour.

21. By paying you will not be member straightway, committee need to approve your membership.

22. The membership fee will cover transportation cost only, any other fee must be paid by members only.

23. Terms and Conditions are changed at committee meeting without prior notice to members and updated often as required as club grows at AGM.

24. Members need to hold any appropriate applicable insurances for themselves in case of road accidents to cover medical expenses and other.
